Nagesh Charan Educational Trust was established in the year 1992 to provide value added top quality education to transform the young minds and create socially responsible future leaders.

The journey started in a small way and today, under its umbrella, it has three green eco-friendly campuses and provides education from Nursery to Degree level to over 3000 students affiliated to State Board, ICSE and PU Board, Bangalore University and Bharat Sevak Samaj. The focus area of the trust is to provide top quality teaching, holistic development, character –building, discipline and fostering excellence.

All the campuses are under CCTV surveillance, tight security and surrounded by security wall to ensure comfort, security and safety of students and make the parents feel safe.

Our alumni are today very successful doctors, engineers, scientist, teachers, entrepreneur etc across the world.

A protected space to grow and develop, to unfold and explore, a foothold to grip and fly, LVGI is a journey for the nascent.

Lady Vailankanni Group of Institutions (LVGI) was established in 1992, under the aegis of Nagesh Charan Educational Trust to provide top quality affordable education and give every student a chance to an outstanding, value-based and all-round development. We began our journey with a handful of Nursery students two decades ago, but due to the dedicated services to the community, we have grown tremendously since then. LVGI has made a dent and established unparalleled reputation in last 29 years.

The Trust established LVGI with the aim of grooming highly qualified, sharp, socially responsible and ethically enlightened individuals who are prepared to take challenges of future. Its aim is to fill the gaps that exist as on date in the demand versus availability of teaching fraternity.

I am proud to say that our students and alumni are enthusiastic, dedicated learners and high achievers. Each campus is equipped with the best of infrastructure: well-stocked libraries, internet, state-of-the-art laboratories, world-class auditoriums and sports facilities. Academic programmes range from the Nursery to Pre-University – affiliated to the State Board, ICSE and PU Board. Our ICSE Board is permanently affiliated.

Hearty Greetings!

I welcome you all at Lady Vailankanni Group of Institutions and experience the top quality vibrant learning environment. Our green campus provides the perfect platform to the students for holistic development.

We have an outstanding pool of Educators and support staff to provide the best inputs. Our campuses are supported by Educomp to deliver the best digital experience. We have installed Rotary Interact Club of Lady Vailankanni to engage our students in community development. We have the NCC under 39 Karnataka Battalion.

Education to be holistic should focus on academic excellence, co- curricular and extra-curricular activities and last but not the least be employability oriented. LVGI therefore provides an excellent infrastructure, sports facilities, technologically upgraded Wi-Fi campus and most importantly an excellent team of highly qualified and competent Educators for imparting quality education.

Under the able leadership of its dynamic, empathetic and hard working Principal/HM, a team of highly dedicated, motivated and competent Educators and an equally committed non-teaching staff, LVGI has carved a niche for itself among all.

The team at LVGI is not a workforce, but is a happy family.

**Shruthi Sachidananda**

Young Leaders

Shruthi Sachidananda is an alumnus of Lady Vailankanni School and was a School Topper in SSLC 2005 State Examination. She has been in the School Admin committee since 2015. She is currently a Network Engineer at a leading IT based company in the United States, where she designs, develops and supports clients’ network systems.

She graduated from George Mason University with a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduation, she worked as an Electronics Engineer for 3 years where she was responsible for Analog Circuit design for 3D Laser trackers.

She has various certifications from organizations such as Cisco and Amazon and currently expertises in configuring, implementing and troubleshooting network architecture.

In her spare time, Shruthi enjoys taking time for classical dance activities and plays shuttle badminton.

A proud alumnus of Lady Vailankanni School, Charan has been a resonant member in the school board and strategic planning committee.

The school exam topper during his days as a student, Charan, besides educational leadership, has a wide range of managerial experience in different industries and possesses an MBA from the world-renowned B-School for Entrepreneurship: BabsonCollege F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, USA.

Charan has a plethora of hobbies and enjoys learning new things. He believes students thrive when they think broadly, develop independent thought, and embrace diverse experiences and perspectives.
